It is our goal to provide the most satisfying shopping experience. Part of that is a flexible return policy.
Most standard products have 10 days "no questions asked" returns*. Before sending anything back to us, please make sure to contact us. Some custom products may have different policies and we will be happy to discuss it before the orders are placed. If not agreed otherwise, custom products are not eligible for the "no questions asked" returns.
Returned products must have no damages at the time they are received, functional nor aesthetics (they must be in a "resellable condition").
If there were promotional items included, they also need to be returned in "resellable condition".
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If the product was sold with "free shipping" promotion, the buyer is responsible for actual shipping costs incurred when the products was shipped.
